GADS Lecture on migration, African history and the UN's International Decade for People of African Descent

Distinguished, award winning, Jamaican-Canadian Poet, Nadine Williams, is the author of five books (two children's and three poetry). Counted among her many accolades are: opening for Michelle Obama as well as Prime Ministers of Canada and Jamaica. Her lecture and reading will focus on migration and African history as well as The UN's International Decade for People of African Descent (IDPAD) 2015-2024.
